How To Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Here’s how to use it:
📧 Step 1 — Check Your Email
Look for an email from Objet Kitchen with the subject line “Your order is on its way” or similar. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
📦 Step 2 — Track Your Package
Click the tracking link in your email, or visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number manually. Common carriers we use include UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Times (US Only)
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 4–11 business days from order date
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (November–December) or promotional periods.
❓ Tracking Not Updating?
It can take 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system. If your tracking number still shows no updates after 48 hours, please contact us.
